Crossport Movement Therapy Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us. We hold your appointments exclusively for you and ask that you please provide us with 24-hour notice if you must cancel or reschedule the above appointment date and time.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation Fee will be charged if 24-hour notice is not provided to Crossport Movement Therapy.

· Less than 48-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved appointment(s) fee
· “NO SHOWS” or less than 4-hr notice will be charged 100% of the service amount. 

Our cancellation policy allows us the necessary time to inform our waiting list clients of any potential availability to keep our schedules filled and better serve all of our valued clients.
