Terms & Conditions for Cancellations: 

We hold your appointments exclusively for you and ask that you please provide us with 48-hour notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment date and time. 

• Less than 48-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved appointment(s) fee

• “NO SHOWS” or less than 4-hr notice will be charged 100% of the service amount. 

Our cancelation policy allows us the necessary time to inform our waiting list clients of any potential availability to better serve all of our valued clients. 

Arriving late or leaving early will not be prorated.
